Elizabeth Krall Kaye, Co-Investigator

Dr. Kaye is professor of health policy and health services research in the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University. She is also co-director of the graduate program in nutrition at Boston University. Dr. Kaye's research focuses on the association of skeletal bone density to tooth retention in the elderly, on genetic and environmental influences on bone and teeth and on smoking cessation.

Dr. Kaye received an M.P.H. and a Ph.D. in epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Kaye has a broad range of experience ranging from nutrition to genetic epidemiology.
