Community Health Programs

The Community Health Programs (CHP) component of CREEDD entails both school-based programs as well as community programs that serve disadvantaged families, children, refugees, and homeless women. The creation of new programs as well as the continuation of existing programs has been made possible through a broad-based collaborative effort involving the Boston Public Health Commission, the Community Health Program at Boston University School of Dental Medicine, the Massachusetts Coalition for Oral Health, and various public schools and community centers in Massachusetts.
